Richardson is president and founder of Allied Document Solutions & Services (ads-s). This year marks his 22nd year leading the company, located in Swedesboro, New Jersey. Richardson's dealership leads with HP printers and MFPs, and it has attained the elite status of being HP supplies-, hardware- and service-authorized, as well as MPS-certified for programs and services. In addition, ads-s is authorized to sell and service Toshiba copier/MFPs in its region. The current business units within ads-s consist of transactional sales, managed print services and, most recently, document management and workflow solutions.

Castaneda is general manager of International Copy Machine Center, located in El Paso, Texas. He joined the company in 2002. Previously, Castaneda worked at a Minolta-authorized dealership as service manager for 13 years. He has been in the industry for more than 26 years, both in service and management. Currently, International Copy Machine Center sells Konica Minolta, Muratec and KIP products, as well as workflow and document management software. Castaneda is trained in machine repair, networking, employee management, sales and customer service. He has served as a BTA volunteer for five years, both in BTA Mid-America and on the national board of directors.

Eckstrom is president and CEO of Carolina Business Equipment (CBE), located in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in accounting. After college, he went to a local firm working in the tax department and then moved to a firm where his focus was bank auditing. After two years, Eckstrom moved into private business where he became branch controller for a Fortune 500 company. He then became director of finance for a manufacturing company and was CFO to a mechanical contracting firm. Eckstrom came to CBE in November 1994 as the company's controller and moved into the general manager position in March 1995. At the end of 1995, he purchased half of the company and became its president. In October 2000, Eckstrom purchased the rest of the company. CBE's corporate office is located in Columbia, South Carolina, and over the past 10 years the company has moved into three new markets, including Charleston and Florence, South Carolina, and Augusta, Georgia. CBE has also acquired two companies in the past six years and employs 44 people. Per Eckstrom, the most exciting aspect of the company right now has been the development of its Managed Network Services Division. This is an area where CBE has gotten glowing reviews and wide recognition.

Donnellon is CEO of Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises, an HP, Savin, Sharp and Toshiba dealership with locations in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Lima, Ohio. Donnellon has been in the office technology industry since 1975, when he joined Donnellon McCarthy Inc. He is a member of several organizations, including the Cincinnati Rotary Club, ATP Professional Tennis Tournament, Marvin Lewis Foundation, Kicks for Kids Foundation, Parent Project Foundation/Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, St. Vincent DePaul Society Foundation and the Grant C. Alexander Scholarship Foundation.

Gondek is president of ACT Group (formerly Advanced Copy Technologies Inc.), located in Cromwell, Connecticut. He has been president of ACT Group/Advanced Copy Technologies for the past 15 years, during which the company has grown an average of 20 percent per year. The company was recently rebranded to the ACT Group to better reflect its expertise in its five divisions. Prior to this position, Gondek was the New England regional manager for an office equipment manufacturer, overseeing direct sales operations. With more than 30 years of outstanding achievements in this fast-paced industry, he has been featured in Selling Magazine and Professional Selling magazine and was one of the model subjects for the book "Superstar Sales Managers Secrets" by Barry Farber. Gondek's focus on providing the right solutions for clients has kept him at the forefront of the latest trends in the industry, along with the challenges that clients face when implementing new technology into their organizations.

Crane is president of Copy Products Inc., located in Springfield, Missouri. He has been in the office technology industry since 1992 when he opened the Springfield branch of Copy Products Inc. for his in-laws, Toni and Vern Starks. The company has been in business for more than 50 years and has six offices in three states (Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri). The dealership also covers some Oklahoma counties. Copy Products Inc. is authorized to sell Toshiba, Samsung, Konica Minolta and Riso products, and markets DocuWare and Papercut, as well as digital signage and other solutions. The dealership also offers customers a full MPS staff.

Evans began his career in 1984 with Lanier and has held multiple positions within the office technology industry over the years.

Snow is president of Advanced Business Systems, located in Tallahassee, Florida. He started with his family's company as a boy in 1984, taking out the garbage and washing windows during summer breaks and teacher planning days. After graduating from Florida State University with a degree in finance, Snow began his career as an inside sales rep and worked his way through the service, sales and administration departments before purchasing Advanced from his father. With his years of experience, Snow's focus is to take Advanced into the next phase of the imaging industry's evolution. He is a also board member of CDA.

Renegar is president and co-owner of Kelly Office Solutions, a Canon, Konica Minolta and Savin dealership located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with branches in Greensboro and Charlotte, North Carolina. Renegar has 35-plus years of management experience in the industry. He has worked in corporate environments such as IKON and Sharp Electronics, where he served as president of North Carolina, and in dealerships such as Charlotte Copy Data and Triad Business Systems, where he was executive vice president and co-owner. Renegar has also served on various manufacturing and leasing company advisory councils, and his dealership has been a BTA member for 20-plus years.

Hines is CFO of Copiers Northwest Inc., a Canon, Sharp, Konica Minolta, HP, Samsung and Lexmark dealership headquartered in Seattle, Washington, with 10 offices throughout the states of Washington and Oregon. He is an accounting graduate from the University of Washington, holds a CPA certificate in Washington state and received his MBA from Seattle University. Hines has been with Copiers Northwest for 25 years and worked at Boeing prior to that. He served in the U.S. Navy for six years before attending college.

Dimon is president of Northern Business Systems (NBS), located in Fairbanks, Alaska. She and her husband, Tom, purchased NBS in July 2011. Prior to owning NBS, Dimon had a 20-year career in medical/health-care office management and billing. NBS was established in Fairbanks in 1992 and has been a Sharp dealership since 2005. The company added Toshiba to the sales lineup in 2014. Becoming a dual-line dealership has expanded the company's flexibility and helps NBS better meet clients' needs.

Quint is president and CEO of Advanced Systems Inc., located in Waterloo, Iowa. Advanced Systems Inc. is a 59-year-old corporation that now includes 11 offices covering a large part of northern and eastern Iowa, overlapping into Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska, South Dakota and Wisconsin. The dealership's primary manufacturers are Canon, Lexmark, OKI and Xerox, and the company also offers document management and managed print solutions, as well as telecommunications systems. Quint started with Advanced Systems Inc. in 1989 as a territory sales associate and has held various sales and management positions throughout his career with the company.

He began his career serving in the Antitrust Division of the Illinois attorney general's office and furthering his government service at the Federal Trade Commission. Goldberg writes the monthly "Courts & Capitols" column in BTA's Office Technology magazine.
